Accurate Forming produces Marker Pen Components from deep drawing aluminum. These deep drawn components are used in both commercial and industrial applications such as Liquid Paint Markers, Welder’s Temperature Indicators and Permanent / Temporary Ink Markers.

Common finishes available for these components include; plain (glossy or satin), electrostatically applied Epoxy Paint in many color choices and anodizing in many color choices. Four color Lithography (printing) is also available.

Common value added operations available include notching and threading.

Accurate Forming’s ability to provide secondary value added operations such as piercing, notching, slotting & threading and bead rolling coupled with our finishing operations of polishing, nickel and chrome plating, electrostatically applied lacquer and powder coating all under one roof give us a distinct advantage in project management resulting in superior overall product lead-time and quality of product. Additional outside processes which we utilize through partnerships with outside vendors in our area include anodizing, heat treating, gold plating, zinc chromate and machining.
