Providing You a Turnkey Product Saves you Time and Money!

Secondary value added operations for your deep drawn part include: piercing, notching, slotting & threading and bead rolling. Common finishes available for these deep drawn components include; plain (glossy or satin), electrostatically applied Epoxy Paint in many color choices, anodizing in many color choices, polishing, nickel and chrome platingpowder coating and four -color lithography (printing) is also available. As needed, we partner with other local manufacturers for additional processes such as: anodizing, heat treating, gold plating, zinc chromate and various machining processes. We take total responsibility for delivery of the highest quality product, on-time, under budget, while reducing your handling, costs and liability.

Reverse Engineering from Machined Component to Deep Drawn Component

Accurate Forming has a history of successfully transitioning from a machined component to a deep drawn component. This process typically results in significant cost reduction and shortening lead-times. Our knowledgeable design / engineering staff works with you to design your part for deep draw, potentially reducing your purchasing costs by as much as 3 times. Precise attention to detail regarding radius, angles, trimmed ends and overall tolerances will provide an easy transition from machined component to deep drawn component.

Deep Drawn Rapid Prototyping

Accurate Forming has the ability to produce prototype / low volume requirements utilizing the latest deep draw and machining technology. Design considerations must be taken into account when producing prototypes as opposed to a fully tooled transfer press deep drawn component. Our expert engineering department will work with you to provide a working prototype component to help aid in the decision to go to fully tooled production.
