Accurate Forming produces Automotive Components from deep drawing stainless steel alloys, deep drawing copper alloys and deep drawing steel, low or high carbon content as well as brass. Some of the applications for these deep drawn components are connectors for filters and pintles for EGR/EGV valves.

Accurate Forming can produce these components by utilizing deep draw tooling as well as progressive and compound stamping tools.

Accurate Forming is unique in our ability to produce extremely high quality deep drawn parts with a variety of materials, long lengths, small diameters and very tight tolerances.

Secondary value added operations for your deep drawn part include: piercing, notching, slotting & threading and bead rolling.

We take total responsibility for delivery of the highest quality product, on-time, under budget, while reducing your handling, costs and liability.
