Accurate Forming offers several Value Added Secondary Operations to our customers. This week we continue with more of those operations;

Square and Angle Cut – The process of cutting the metal component to the required shape. Square cut is also used to eliminate the pinch trim. Accurate Forming provides these processes as secondary operations to meet our customer’s requirements. Below are examples of these processes.

Chamfering – A cut to remove the 90-degree edge on material. These small cuts, typically 45-degrees, are called a chamfer. Another term often used is bevel. There are numerous uses for a chamfer as well as various methods for achieving it.

Assembly – When customers are looking for a vendor to manage not only their deep drawn product but also the assembly that the product is used in, Accurate Forming is ready to become the lead vendor to supply a finished, assembled product. Utilizing our internal and external resources, Accurate Forming will manage the assembly with proficiency and attention to detail. Accurate Forming will take on the commitment for quality and delivery and our customers will have a comfort level knowing their product will be delivered on-time, within specification and at the lowest possible cost.
